Chocolate Cake Recipes

For lovers of all things chocolatey, there are a few chocolate recipes that they should not do without:

Easy Chocolate Cake

With a prep time of less than half an hour, this is the recipe you need to get you started into the world of chocolate. Start by heating the oven up and by buttering up the base. Then, in a separate bowl, beat up the sugar, eggs, butter and baking powder. Add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder along with a half tablespoon of vanilla extract to the mix. Bake for twenty minutes and you’re done. You can add the chocolate shards or the buttercream on top, that is entirely up to you. You’ll know it’s perfect once you grabbed a fork and had a taste of it yourself. Check out our favorite Corporate Cakes here.

This recipe calls for the same ingredients as the original, only with an added food coloring. Leave it to bake for 20 minutes. The more times you repeat the process, the more layers of cake you’ll have to add later on. For this recipe, you’ll also need to prepare the buttery icing that you’ll use to spread between layers. To make the icing, all you have to do is mix the soft cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla extract on a bowl, on the side. Then add the icing in between each layer in order to get that beautiful visual effect.
